Treating the affected framing
Periodic heavy-rain events in Muskogee test drainage and grading, often leading to damp framing beneath the house. Before we install any encapsulation, we address the existing moisture damage. For mold remediation and wood treatment, we apply an EPA-registered borate or encapsulant spray directly to the affected wood framing surfaces. We allow this treatment proper dry time and verify that moisture levels are fully corrected before enclosing the space.
Sealing the walls and rim joists
We use a spray foam insulation rig to seal the rim joists and foundation walls. This stops outside air from pulling moisture back into the treated wood and integrates directly with the encapsulation system.

Humidity control and drainage
Once the space is sealed, we install a crawl space-rated dehumidifier sized specifically to the volume of your area. This setup includes a condensate pump and drain line. We route the condensate either to an existing sump or out to daylight so the collected water has a clear exit path. Finally, we commission the dehumidifier at a 50 to 55 percent relative humidity setpoint to maintain dry framing year-round.

In practice, on a job like this:
- Humidity control: install crawl space dehumidifier sized to volume, route condensate to sump or daylight, commission at 50–55% RH setpoint, integrate with encapsulation system
What It Typically Costs
Most jobs land inside these ranges. Where yours falls depends on the details.
$300–$600
$2200–$8100
FAQs
Quality steel push-pier and helical-pier installations typically carry a lifetime, transferable structural warranty covering vertical movement at the pier locations. The exact terms depend on the soil report, so review them before signing.
Warranted pier locations are re-leveled at no charge if movement exceeds the tolerance stated in the warranty. Movement outside the repaired footprint is evaluated case by case.
Slab-jacking (mudjacking) lifts a sunken concrete slab such as a garage floor, driveway, or patio by pumping a cement-based slurry underneath it. It is a fast, lower-cost fix for slabs that have settled but are otherwise sound.
